Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern festoura.com and all enquiries, orders, and decoration services booked with Festoura. By using the website, making payment, confirming an order, or allowing setup to begin, you accept these Terms, the product details, Privacy Policy, and Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Festoura provides on-location decoration and related setup services limited to the inclusions stated on the product page, booking summary, invoice, or written confirmation.

Unless specifically confirmed in writing, Festoura does not provide catering, dining experiences, restaurant reservations, venue booking, event management, photography, or entertainment.

• A booking is confirmed only after Festoura accepts it and the applicable advance or payment is completed.
• Website availability is indicative and may change due to pincode, venue, material, date, slot, or capacity.
• You must provide accurate contact, venue, event, access, and timing details.
• We may decline or cancel an unsafe, unlawful, unavailable, or materially mispriced order.

Prices are in Indian Rupees and apply to the stated package, city, and inclusions. Travel, venue, express, late-night, customisation, or extra-material charges may apply where disclosed before confirmation.

Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible bookings. An advance may still be required to reserve the date, procure material, and assign a team.

Product photographs are illustrative references. The booked theme and stated inclusions will be followed, but minor variation may occur in balloon shade, flower type, font, material, dimensions, placement, lighting, or prop design because venues and material availability differ.

• Obtain venue, society, hotel, landlord, or security permission.
• Provide safe and timely access for setup and removal.
• Arrange electricity, lift, parking, loading access, and workspace where required.
• Disclose wall, ceiling, fire, and access restrictions before booking.
• Keep children, guests, and pets away from tools and incomplete structures.
• Keep the setup area clean and empty when the team arrives.

Decoration may use removable tape, hooks, strings, stands, or frames. Weak paint, fresh paint, wallpaper, damp walls, textured finishes, false ceilings, glass, and fragile surfaces may peel, stain, crack, or mark despite reasonable care. Sensitive surfaces must be disclosed before setup.

Frames, stands, neon signs, lights, panels, flowers, tables, cylinders, cut-outs, and tools may remain the property of Festoura or its partner unless expressly sold.

The customer must keep these items safe until collection. Loss, theft, misuse, movement, breakage, or water damage may be charged at repair or replacement cost.

Arrival and setup times may be affected by traffic, access, security, weather, material movement, prior jobs, or events outside reasonable control. Festoura is not responsible for delay or failure caused by severe weather, government restrictions, strikes, transport disruption, venue closure, power failure, or public emergency.

We may suspend service where our team faces harassment, threats, unlawful requests, unsafe conditions, intoxicated or violent behaviour, inaccessible premises, or instructions creating an unreasonable risk. Work completed and costs already incurred may remain non-refundable.

Any names, logos, photographs, designs, or text supplied by you must be lawful and authorised.

Festoura will not publish identifiable customer or guest photographs for marketing without permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Festoura's total liability arising from a booking will not exceed the amount actually paid to Festoura for that booking. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. The parties should first attempt resolution through Festoura support. Subject to applicable consumer law and mandatory jurisdiction rules, competent courts in Delhi, India will have jurisdiction.
